Malata A1101 Tegra 2 Tablet Surpasses Samsung Galaxy Tab in Benchmarks (Video)

Sometimes, impressive devices can come from unknown brands… This is the case of Malata A1101, a NVIDIA Tegra 2-based tablet, that was recently tested in a benchmark session, courtesy of netbooknews.com. It surpassed top notch smartphones like the HTC EVO 4G and Droid, plus the famous Samsung Galaxy Tab slate.

This is an Android 2.2 tablet with a 10 inch touch display, 32GB of memory, 1GB RAM that will have to face tough competition from many other devices based on the same CPU, but made by Motorola, HTC And LG. Let’s see how Malata handles the pressure and manages to make a buck in the process. The Quadrant benchmark test of the unit is shown below, with impressive results.

You’ll find this product re-branded and going for $395, sold by a Texas company called Flat Computing.
