Apple Gives You Back $100 if You’ve Bought an iPad 1 Recently

In order not to frustrate any buyers, Apple promised to refund $100 to the people who bought an iPad 1 recently. The money back policy applies to the folks who purchased the original slate within 14 days of the new iPad’s announcement. This places the deadline around February 16th, in case you’re wondering.

This means that if you bought an iPad 1 after February 16th, you should hit your local Apple store for a $100 bonus. Or you could just stay at home and call them, so the cash will be directed to your credit card. We remind you that after the iPad 2 announcement, Apple also took the first iPad’s price down by $100, so this promotion makes even more sense.
