Kno Tablet Textbook Tested by Lego Robot (Video)

Well, we knew that Lego had to do with the learning process, but we couldn’t find a way to connect them with universities and students. Now we can! The folks of Kno are apparently using a Lego robot to test their textbook tablets, that will reach the bags and purses of students and educators soon.

As shown below, the Lego Technic bot is a stress tester and it checks out both the resilience of the device and its ambient light sensor. Also, the pen tracking system is check out through swipes and flicks by the same robot. We remind you that the Kno is an educational tablet, optimized to reading e-textbooks and taking notes while in classes.

The product goes for $899, in the dual screen version, that weighs 5.5 pounds and runs Linux. There’s also a single 14 inch display version, going for $599.
