According to one of Phone Arena’s tipsters, Amazon is preparing not one but two tablets, powered by Android and one of them is a quad core model even. The high powered unit is called Hollywood, plus there’s a more entry level model dubbed Coyote.
Amazon’s Coyote tablet will come with a dual core Nvidia Tegra 2 CPU and it’s already prepared for production, if the tipster is right. Meanwhile, Hollywood still requires a bit of work, as it will feature Nvidia’s Kal-El quad core chipset, that should come this Fall.
Last time Amazon was in the news, it was Samsung that was supposed to build their tablet and we wonder if the supposed partnership still stays. With the Nvidia Kal-El chipset coming in Q3 with 12 GPU cores, we should expect the Amazon tablet to rock our world!
